.DISCUSSION...

Transport winds 20-25mph out of the south coupled with mixing
heights ranging from 3500-3700ft will yield elevated dispersions
at the burn site today nearing 70. Surface winds will remain
around 10-15mph out of the southeast throughout the afternoon,
diminishing somewhat in the evening. MinRH is expected to bottom
out around 55-65%. With higher RH, fire concerns remain low today.

Tomorrow, transport winds 15-20mph coupled with mixing heights
around 2700-3000ft will yield fair to generally good dispersions
at the burn site. Surface winds 10-15mph will once again persist
out of the southeast throughout the afternoon. MinRH will bottom
out around 55-65% once again. With higher RH, fire concerns remain
low. A stray rain shower cannot be ruled out, though confidence in
this is somewhat low.
