.DISCUSSION...

Any fog or low clouds this morning will mix out during the next
hour or so. Calm to light easterly winds this morning will become
southeasterly to southerly around 5-10 mph this afternoon as the
sea breeze moves inland. Mixing heights will be around 4,000-5,000
feet, yielding good dispersions this afternoon. No showers or
storms are anticipated at the burn site. Patchy fog will be
possible late tonight into early Friday morning. A similar pattern
is anticipated for Friday, though with slightly lower mixing
heights and dispersions.
