AFTER UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES SUNDAY, PREPARE FOR HIGHS IN THE TEENS AND
20S MONDAY, THEN OVERNIGHT LOWS OF ZERO DEGREES OR LESS TUESDAY MORNING.
INCREASING MOISTURE IS ALSO EXPECTED, BRINGING SNOW TO MOST AREAS FROM LATE
TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
