SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS DEVELOPING. HIGH ASTRONOMICAL TIDES MAY
COMBINE WITH CHOPPY SEAS TO PRODUCE SOME SPLASH-OVER AND BEACH
EROSION NEAR THE TIME OF THE MIDDAY HIGH TIDE. HIGH TIDE IN
PORTLAND HARBOR AND FORT POINT IS AROUND 1 PM.
