THE HIGH SURF ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM PST THIS
EVENING.

* SEAS AND SURF: SEAS WILL BUILD TO AROUND 20 FT THIS MORNING...
  AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY. SEAS WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE THIS
  EVENING.

* HIGHEST CONCERN: SNEAKER WAVES AND BEACH EROSION.

* IMPACTS: EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION ALONG BEACHES. UNPREDICTABLE
  WAVES MAY SURPRISE BEACH GOERS AND WASH MUCH FARTHER UP THE
  BEACH THAN THE PRECEDING WAVES OVER THE PREVIOUS 15 TO 30
  MINUTES. PLEASE AVOID AREA JETTIES TODAY.
