THE MONTH OF AUGUST AT FARGO HECTOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS BELOW
NORMAL WITH RESPECT TO TEMPERATURES. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR
AUGUST WAS 66.8 DEGREES WHICH IS 2.5 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.

PRECIPITATION FOR AUGUST WAS BELOW NORMAL.  THE TOTAL RAINFALL FOR
THE MONTH WAS 2.30 INCHES WHICH IS 0.26 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
