WITH RESPECT TO TEMPERATURES. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR AUGUST WAS
67.2 DEGREES WHICH IS 1.1 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.

PRECIPITATION FOR AUGUST WAS BELOW NORMAL.  THE TOTAL RAINFALL FOR
THE MONTH WAS 0.92 INCHES WHICH IS 2.22 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THIS IS
