.MARCH 2014 WAS MUCH COLDER AND WETTER THAN NORMAL AT INTERNATIONAL
FALLS MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR MARCH WAS 12.9 DEGREES WHICH WAS 10.7
DEGREES COLDER THAN THE NORMAL OF 23.6 DEGREES MAKING THIS THE 2ND
COLDEST MARCH IN STATION HISTORY. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE
MONTH WAS 52 DEGREES ON THE 30TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS 33
DEGREES BELOW ZERO ON THE 3RD. FOUR DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE
SET FOR THE MONTH. A LOW TEMPERATURE OF 33 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WAS
RECORDED ON THE 3RD BREAKING THE OLD RECORD OF 28 BELOW ZERO SET IN
1996. A LOW TEMPERATURE OF 19 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WAS RECORDED ON THE
