.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
High pressure will build over NW Canada through Sat night, then
gradually weaken Sun. A low near southern Haida Gwaii will move
rapidly SE away from the area Sat morning. Outflow winds will
gradually decrease Sat afternoon through Sun.
