Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS....Surface high pressure will be the dominant force over the
western Gulf of Mexico through the forecast period. Light to
moderate winds and mainly slight seas are expected with only
isolated overnight and mainly morning showers and a few
thunderstorms Monday through Wednesday.

.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to
10 knots by mid evening. A moderate chop on the bay subsiding to
a light chop after by mid evening.
.MONDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east 10 to
15 knots in the afternoon. A light chop on the bay increasing to
a moderate chop in the afternoon. Isolated late morning and early
afternoon showers or thunderstorms.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. A light chop on
the bay.
.TUESDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. A light chop on the
bay. Slight chance of mainly late morning through early afternoon showers
and thunderstorms.

around 5 knots after midnight. A light chop on the bay subsiding
to smooth after midnight.
