Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-
1012 PM CDT Mon Oct 16 2017

.SYNOPSIS...A strong northerly flow will continue across
the adjacent gulf coastal waters into the overnight. Small Craft
Advisories have been issued through early Tuesday. Marine
conditions should begin to improve Tuesday as a lighter onshore
flow evolves from a departing surface high pressure system. Seas
may build again over the gulf waters late in the week due to
swells generated by a moderate easterly fetch across the Gulf of
Mexico.
