Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the Gulf and a low pressure
trough along the Lower Texas coast to maintain a light east to
southeast wind and slight seas through Wednesday. Strengthening
southeast winds and building seas are anticipated for Thursday
through Saturday as high pressure strengthens and low pressure
over the Southern Plains deepens. Small Craft Advisories may be
needed for portions of the waters Thursday night through Saturday.
Good rain chances continue through Thursday with lower chances
Friday and the weekend.

becoming southeast 5 to 10 knots in the late morning and
afternoon. Smooth on the bay increasing to a light chop in the
afternoon. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming south
around 15 knots in the late evening and overnight. A light chop
on the bay increasing to a moderate chop in the late evening and
overnight. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the
evening, then chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight.
.THURSDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast around
20 knots. A light chop on the bay increasing to choppy. Chance of
showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then slight chance of
