MODERATE SOUTHERLY FLOW IS EXPECTED TODAY AND TONIGHT...AS HIGH
PRESSURE OVER THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO AND LOW PRESSURE OVER THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS DEVELOP. A MORE EASTERLY FLOW IS EXPECTED ON
THURSDAY AFTERNOON...AS A WEAK COLD FRONT APPROACHES SOUTH TEXAS.
THE WEAK COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE REGION FRIDAY
MORNING WITH THE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE QUICKLY MOVING EAST THROUGH
FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THIS WILL RESULT IN A MODERATE EASTERLY FLOW ON
FRIDAY. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO RELAX AND BECOME SOUTHEAST SATURDAY.
A STRONG COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS
