.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
WIND SPEEDS WILL SLOWLY INCREASE TODAY AS AN ONSHORE FLOW
DEVELOPS. AREAS OF DENSE FOG ARE LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF THE MIDDLE
TEXAS COASTAL WATERS THROUGH AT LEAST MIDDAY. A STRONG COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND RESULT IN A PERIOD
OF VERY STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW AND HAZARDOUS SEAS INTO THURSDAY. A
GALE WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY.
GRADUALLY DIMINISHING WINDS AND SEAS ARE FORECAST FOR THE END OF
