.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Lighter winds and lower seas can be expected from the end of the
week into the middle of next week as Gulf of Mexico area high
pressure edges closer to the northwestern Gulf. Rising rain chances
are anticipated early next week as a disturbance moves westward
across the area.
