COLD FRONT CROSSES THE FORECAST WATERS. ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS AND
SEAS WILL THEN LINGER THROUGH MUCH OF MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT.
PERIODS OF CAUTIONARY LEVEL NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE
