* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS AND
  NORTHEAST TEXAS...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NORTH
  CENTRAL TEXAS...COLLIN...COOKE...DALLAS...DENTON...EASTLAND...
  ERATH...FANNIN...GRAYSON...HOOD...HUNT...JACK...JOHNSON...
  MONTAGUE...PALO PINTO...PARKER...ROCKWALL...SOMERVELL...
  STEPHENS...TARRANT...WISE AND YOUNG. IN NORTHEAST TEXAS...
  DELTA...HOPKINS AND LAMAR.

* FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING

* WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR ALONG
  AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM CISCO...TO CLEBURNE...TO SULPHUR
  SPRINGS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. SOILS ARE ALREADY SATURATED...SO
  IT WILL NOT TAKE MUCH RAINFALL TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.

* WIDESPREAD 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...BUT LOCALIZED AMOUNTS UP
  TO 6 INCHES OF RAINFALL ARE POSSIBLE.

* FOR THOSE WITH PLANS TO CAMP NEAR AREA RESERVOIRS/
  CREEKS/STREAMS...BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATERS AND BE
  PREPARED TO SEEK HIGHER GROUND QUICKLY THIS MEMORIAL DAY
  WEEKEND.
