...FLOODING RAINS POSSIBLE THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING...

.A COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE
OHIO VALLEY REGION THROUGH AT LEAST WEDNESDAY EVENING. THIS FRONT
AND UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES IN SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL BRING ROUNDS
OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. WITH MANY LOCATIONS ALREADY
SATURATED FROM RECENT RAINS...THIS WILL RESULT IN A THREAT OF
FLASH FLOODING.

  FLOODING.
