.A DISTURBANCE APPROACHING FROM THE SOUTH TODAY WILL INTERACT
WITH A MOIST ATMOSPHERE OVER NEVADA TO PRODUCE SCATTERED TO
NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS BY THIS AFTERNOON. LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLOODING IS POSSIBLE AND STORMS COULD LAST WELL
INTO THE NIGHT. 4TH OF JULY FESTIVITIES COULD BE IMPACTED.

MORNING THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* PORTIONS OF NEVADA...NORTH CENTRAL NEVADA AND NORTHEAST
  NEVADA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NEVADA...
  NORTHEASTERN NYE COUNTY...RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT
  RANGE...SOUTH CENTRAL ELKO COUNTY...SOUTHWEST ELKO COUNTY AND
  WHITE PINE COUNTY. IN NORTH CENTRAL NEVADA...NORTHERN LANDER
  COUNTY AND NORTHERN EUREKA COUNTY AND SOUTHERN LANDER COUNTY
  AND SOUTHERN EUREKA COUNTY. IN NORTHEAST NEVADA...NORTHERN
  ELKO COUNTY.

* FROM 11 AM PDT THIS MORNING THROUGH LATE TONIGHT

* SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE
  LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN. STORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY...ENHANCING
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS AND FLASH FLOODING POTENTIAL.

* AREAS MOST PRONE TO FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE SMALL CREEKS AND
  STREAMS IN AND NEAR THE HIGHER TERRAIN...NEAR BURN SCARS...AND
  NORMALLY DRY WASHES. ROCK SLIDES AND DEBRIS/WATER FLOWS OVER
  ROADWAYS ARE POSSIBLE. ROADWAYS IN LOW-LYING AREAS WILL BE
  SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING. IF CAMPING OUTDOORS THIS
  HOLIDAY WEEKEND...REMAIN AWARE OF WATER NEAR YOU...AND HAVE A
  PLAN TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND SHOULD FLASH FLOODING OCCUR.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
