THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF DELAWARE...NORTHEAST
MARYLAND...SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY AND SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA HAS
BEEN CANCELLED.

AREAL FLOOD WARNINGS CONTINUE FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN DELAWARE
INTO QUEEN ANNES AND CAROLINE COUNTIES OF MARYLAND, FOR RESIDUAL
RUNOFF.

THE NANTICOKE RIVER IN BRIDGETON WAS STILL RISING STEADILY AND WAS
AT ITS HIGHEST STAGE SINCE 1999, EVEN HIGHER THAN THE IRENE FLOOD
EPISODE OF AUGUST 2011.

A FEW STREAMS WILL CONTINUE RISING IN FAR SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY, INCLUDING
THE COHANSEY AND MAURICE RIVERS, BUT PROBABLY REMAIN WITHIN THEIR
BANKS.

TWO DAY RAINS ACROSS THIS WATCH AREA AVERAGED 3 TO 6 INCHES WITH
10 TO 14 INCHES IN PARTS OF SOUTHERN DELAWARE.
