THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* A PORTION OF NORTHWEST WASHINGTON...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  COUNTIES...CLALLAM...GRAYS HARBOR...JEFFERSON...MASON AND
  WHATCOM.

* FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING

* HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ALONG THE SOUTHWEST SLOPES OF THE
OLYMPICS AND THE CASCADES OF WHATCOM AND SKAGIT COUNTIES TONIGHT
