...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN BALTIMORE AND NORTHERN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTIES AND THE
BALTIMORE CITY...

AT 718 PM EDT...ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS THE
WARNING AREA. FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING AND SEVERAL ROADS ARE
REPORTED CLOSED.

SOME LOCATIONS IN THIS THREAT AREA ARE...

SPARROWS POINT...BACK RIVER...DUNDALK...ESSEX...EASTPOINT...
EDGEMERE...TURNERS STATION AND MARTIN STATE AIRPORT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM STORM DRAINS...CULVERTS...CREEKS AND STREAMS.
WATER LEVELS CAN RISE RAPIDLY AND SWEEP CHILDREN AWAY.

TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
