The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Yavapai County in west central Arizona...

* Until 200 AM MST

* At 1103 PM MST, trained weather spotters reported Black Canyon
  wash is running 3 to 4 feet deep over Maren Avenue. Water levels
  rose around 930 pm. Water levels will continue to run high on the
  Agua Fria River.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rock Springs and Black Canyon City.

This includes the following streams and drainages...Badger Spring
Wash...Silver Creek...Tank Creek...Antelope Creek...Squaw Creek...
Larry Creek...Agua Fria River...Black Canyon Creek...Bishop Creek...
Slate Creek and Black Canyon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.
