  THE IOWA RIVER AT MARENGO.
* UNTIL SUNDAY MORNING.
* AT  4:00 AM TUESDAY THE STAGE WAS 13.2 FEET...AND RISING.
* FLOOD STAGE IS  14 FEET.
* MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE WEDNESDAY MORNING...AND CONTINUE
  RISING TO 15.9 FEET SATURDAY MORNING. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE
  SUNDAY MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT  16.0 FEET...WATER AFFECTS AGRICULTURAL LAND ALONG THE
  RIVER. WATER IS SEVERAL FEET DEEP IN PLACES.
