* AT 135 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
  UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN SOME LOCATIONS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  KNOXVILLE...OAK RIDGE...CLINTON...ALCOA...KINGSTON...ROCKWOOD...
  WARTBURG...FARRAGUT...OLIVER SPRINGS...ROCKFORD...MIDTOWN...
  HARRIMAN...HALLS...OAKDALE...FROZEN HEAD S.P....DEARMOND...
  PETROS...KARNS...HIGH POINT AND PINE ORCHARD.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA.
THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL MAKE MINOR FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
