  BOYER RIVER AT LOGAN AFFECTING HARRISON COUNTY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE CARS THROUGH AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE
WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR VEHICLE TO PASS SAFELY.
TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN!

THE FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR
  THE BOYER RIVER AT LOGAN.
* AT  2:00 AM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 20.9 FEET...OR 1.9 FEET ABOVE
  FLOOD STAGE.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 19.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER SHOULD CREST BETWEEN 21 AND 22 FEET EARLY
  THIS MORNING...THEN FALL BACK BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY EARLY THIS
  AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 19.0 FEET...OVERFLOWS BEGIN UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM
  OF THE GAGE. MINOR LOWLAND FLOODING HAS ALREADY COMMENCED.
