  WESTERN JOHNSTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...
  NORTHEASTERN MARSHALL COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 115 AM CDT

* AT 1011 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAIN THAT WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
  TISHOMINGO...RAVIA...MILL CREEK...REAGAN AND RUSSETT.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
