...THE FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 130 AM PST FOR SOUTHERN WASHOE
AND WESTERN CARSON CITY...

The heavy rain has ended, and flooding is no longer expected to pose
a threat. Small streams on the east side of the Carson Range are
receding, however, minor flooding of low lying and poor drainage
areas may continue into the early morning hours. These areas, like
Washoe Valley, may see standing water into early Sunday afternoon
before the water fully drains. There could also be isolated
locations with water over low lying roadways. Caution is still
advised, especially at night, in low lying and poor drainage areas.
