RECEDE. THE FLOOD WARNING THERE HAS ENDED.

* FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE THIS EVENING.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE  6:02 PM TUESDAY THIS
  EVENING AND WILL CONTINUE TO FALL.
* IMPACT...AT 12.0 FEET...THE CARBON RIVER WILL LOCALLY SPILL OUT OF
  ITS BANKS INTO NEARBY FIELDS AND OVER THE CARBON RIVER RD...
  INCLUDING INSIDE RAINIER NATIONAL PARK
