The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Orange County in southwestern California...
  San Bernardino County in southern California...
  Riverside County in southern California...

* Until 615 PM PST Sunday

* At 1209 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated moderate showers moving
  into Orange county, the Inland Empire, and lower slopes of the San
  Bernardino county mountains. Rainfall intensity should steadily
  increase over the afternoon hours, likely leading to urban and
  small stream flooding. In addition, minor rockslides are likely to
  occur in the mountains.

* Some locations that will likely experience flooding include...
  Anaheim, Santa Ana, Riverside, Irvine, San Bernardino, Fontana,
  Moreno Valley, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Ontario, Corona,
  Orange, Fullerton, Interstate 15 in the Cajon Pass, Costa Mesa and
  Rialto.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
