  South central Pittsburg County in southeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 445 AM CST

* At 141 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. 2 to 4
  inches of rain have fallen.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

This includes Interstate 40 in Oklahoma between mile markers 315 and
328.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
