The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  South central Comanche County in southwestern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Tillman County in southwestern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Wichita County in northern Texas...
  East central Wilbarger County in northern Texas...

* Until 145 PM CDT

* At 942 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Electra, Grandfield, Chattanooga, Faxon, Hollister, Loveland,
  Harrold and Haynesville.

Additional rainfall of two to three inches is possible in the warned
area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life. Turn
around, don`t drown.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
