.DISCUSSION...
Although the general rain area will move out of the area this
morning, more scattered rain showers are expected this afternoon.
South winds will be strongest through the morning at 15 to 20 mph
with gusts to 30 mph, tapering off a bit during the afternoon.
Cool temperatures and recent rainfall will keep relative humidities
somewhat high, in the 70 percent range. Maximum RH tonight will
approach 100 percent. Mostly dry Tuesday but still plenty of cloud
cover. Temperatures about 10 degrees warmer Tuesday than today.
