.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING EAST WILL BE CENTERED JUST WEST
OF THE MOUNTAINS TONIGHT...AS A COLD AND DRY CANADIAN AIRMASS BEGINS
SPREADING ACROSS THE AREA. SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BEGIN TO
DIMINISH THIS EVENING. HOWEVER...FAIR DISPERSION IS EXPECTED MOST OF
THE NIGHT. NO FOG IS EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT.
SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE NORTH IN THE MORNING...WITH SPEEDS
AROUND 5 MPH (SURFACE) AND 5 TO 10 MPH (TRANSPORT). WINDS WILL
FURTHER DIMINISH IN THE AFTERNOON AND BACK OUT OF THE WEST-SOUTHWEST
BY LATE AFTERNOON. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 30 TO
