.DISCUSSION... HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPLY THE AREA
WITH COOL AND DRY AIR AGAIN TODAY.  A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
WILL CROSS THE AREA LATE TONIGHT...WITH VERY LITTLE TO NO
PRECIPITATION EXPECTED. BEST CHANCE FOR RAINFALL OVERNIGHT WILL
BE ACROSS THE EXTREME SOUTH AND EAST.  QPF AMOUNTS VERY LIGHT.
THE AIR MASS WILL REMAIN TOO DRY FOR FOG EARLY THIS MORNING.

MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 30 PERCENT
THIS AFTERNOON. WITH HIGH PRESSURE RETREATING OFF THE SOUTHEAST
COAST...SURFACE WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE SOUTH-SOUTHWEST
AROUND 10 MPH...AND WINDS IN THE MIXING LAYER WILL BE FROM THE
SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH TODAY.  BEHIND TONIGHTS SYSTEM THE WINDS
WILL TURN MORE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST FOR FRIDAY.
