Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
432 AM EST Thu Nov 23 2017

.DISCUSSION...High pressure will bring dry weather and cool
temperatures to the region today and tonight. Temperatures will
moderate to closer to normal on Friday as southwest winds develop
ahead of another cold front. This front will bring an increase in
clouds on Saturday. While precipitation chances are very low,
there will be a very small threat of a passing shower on Saturday.
Another shot of cooler air will settle in over the area late
Saturday into Sunday behind the front. Another area of high
pressure will build in behind that front to end the weekend and
remain in place into the first half of next week. The next chance
for widespread rain will not come until the middle of next week.
