.DISCUSSION...
low pressure system will continue to move from the Rockies
across the Southern Plains today into tonight. Ahead of the system,
southerly winds will become quite breezy and gusty. A dry
line trailing from the low will push a line of showers and
thunderstorms across the region into the first part of
Saturday. Some of these storms could be strong with damaging
wind gusts and frequent lightning.
