Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Middle Tennessee
National Weather Service Nashville TN
226 AM CST Fri Nov 17 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather today will give way to chances for showers and
thunderstorms tomorrow. Looking at Min RH values this afternoon to be
in the 30 to 40 percent range. Strong southerly winds around 10 to 15
mph and gusts around 20 mph will bring in moisture to the area,
however, before that, the strong winds will help low level mixing
and may warm temperatures a bit more than guidance is showing. This
may drop Min RH values into the 20-30 percent range this afternoon
for some areas in the early afternoon. Later in the afternoon
temperatures will begin to drop, and dewpoints will be on the rise,
so the lower Min RH values look to be short lived in the early
afternoon hours.
