SUNNY DAYS. MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES WILL FALL MOSTLY INTO THE 10 TO
20 PERCENT RANGE TODAY...THEN RISE SEVERAL PERCENT FRIDAY ESPECIALLY
ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN EAST OF PHOENIX. OVERNIGHT RECOVERY WILL BE
GOOD TO EXCELLENT. WIND SPEEDS WILL STAY UNUSUALLY LIGHT TODAY...
