DRYING TREND TO THE DESERT SOUTHWEST TODAY. MOISTURE WILL BE ON THE
INCREASE THURSDAY AHEAD OF A PACIFIC LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. SHOWERS ARE
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THURSDAY NIGHT ACROSS MUCH OF THE
AREA...PARTICULARLY NORTH AND EAST OF PHOENIX. WINDS WILL ALSO
BE ON THE INCREASE IN THE AREAS...PERHAPS GUSTING TO 25 MPH THURSDAY
