MONDAY. OVERALL DRY CONDITIONS UNDER THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL PROMOTE
CLEAR TO MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES WHILE WINDS REMAIN ON THE LIGHT SIDE.
MINIMUM HUMIDITIES OVER THE DESERTS WILL DIP INTO THE TEENS THIS
AFTERNOON, BUT THEN IMPROVE ON MONDAY AS READINGS MOSTLY DIP INTO A
20-25 PERCENT RANGE.
