...Yellowstone np and Teton dispatch areas (includes fire weather
Zones 140...414...415...AND 416)...

Temperatures cooler across the forecast zones when compared to those
on Wednesday with highs ranging from the lower to upper 30s to lower
40s in the Mountains...the lower to mid 40s in the valleys. Minimum
RH values will range from 60 to around 80 percent at valley
locations...the 70 to 90 percent in the mountains. Winds will become
variable/northwest 5 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph occasionally.
Numerous rain and snow showers expected today...with periods of
moderate snow possible above 9500 feet this morning anhd again tonight.
Friday, temperatures cooler still with humidity levels similar when
compared to those of today. Winds becoming west to southwest 5 to 15
mph with gusts to 20 mph. Scattered to numerous rain or snow showers
all zones.

...Rawlins dispatch area (includes fire weather zones

Fuels critical for all zones. Temperatures cooler western
zones...warmer eastern zones...for all locations compared to those
on Wednesday with highs ranging from the upper 40s to upper 60s.
Minimum RH values will range from near 20 percent to around 75
percent. Winds southwest 10 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 45 mph across
eastern zone 279. Scattered showers western zones...widely scattered
eastern zones late tonight. Friday, temperatures much cooler and
humidity higher for all locations when compared to those of today.
Winds west to southwest 10 to 20 mph gusting occasionally to 25 mph.

Fuels are critical for all low elevation (non-mountainous) dispatch
zones. Temperatures cooler most locations except zone 289 which will
be warmer when compared to those on Wednesday with highs ranging
from the lower 30s to mid 40s in the mountains...the upper 40s to
mid/upper 60s across the basins and foothills. Minimum RH values
will range from the mid 20s to near 70 percent over the lower
elevations...the upper 60s to near 90 percent at mountain locations.
Winds will become north to northwest 10 to 15 mph across the basins
with gusts 20 to 25 mph...southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30
mph across zone 289...and southwest to northwest 10 to 20 mph in the
mountains with gusts to 25 mph. Numerous rain or snow showers across
the mountains with moderate snow possible this morning and late tonight
above 9500 feet. Isolated to widely scattered showers across the lower
elevations. Friday, temperatures much cooler and humidity higher for
all locations when compared to those of today. Winds north to
northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph across the lower
elevations...southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph in the
mountains. Numerous rain and snow showers in the mountains...moderate
at times above 8500 feet. Widely scattered to scattered showers
across the lower elevations.

Fuels are critical for all low elevation (non-mountainous) dispatch
zones. Temperatures warmer across the southern zones...cooler over
the north...when compared to those on Wednesday with highs ranging
from the upper 30s to mid 40s in the northern mountains...the mid
50s to mid 70s across the lower elevations. Minimum RH values will
range from the 20s to mid 40s (percent) across the lower
elevations...the mid 30s to around 60 percent over in the mountains.
Winds becoming south to southwest 15 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 45
mph across the southern zones...north to northeast 10 to 15 mph with
gusts to 20 mph over the northern zones and mountains. Scattered to
numerous showers over the Bighorn Mountains. Friday, temperatures
much cooler and humidity higher when compared to those of today.
