HIGH PRESSURE OVER NEVADA WITH LOW PRESSURE OFF THE COAST WILL
KEEP ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES AROUND TODAY. MOISTURE WILL
REMAIN IN PLACE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE WEEKEND,
MAINLY FROM THE HIGH SIERRA EAST INTO THE BASIN. STORMS WILL BRING
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WITH POSSIBLE FLASH FLOODING. A DRYING
TREND IS EXPECTED NEXT WEEK WITH NEAR AVERAGE TEMPERATURES.
