SCATTERED HIGH LEVEL CLOUDS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE RECOVERY SITE TODAY
THROUGH TUESDAY WITH NO PRECIPITATION EXPECTED. SOUTHWEST WINDS TODAY
AT THE RECOVERY SITE WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 15 TO 20 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL
GUSTS TO 25 MPH AFTER 1100 TO 1300 HOURS CST. WINDS WILL BECOME WEST
ON TUESDAY AND WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 20 TO 25 MPH AFTER 1100 TO 1300
HOURS CST. A SURFACE TROUGH WILL DEEPEN TO THE WEST OF THE RECOVERY SITE
TODAY AND WILL MOVE THROUGH THE RECOVERY SITE ON TUESDAY. A STRONG COLD
