.DISCUSSION...
Increasing clouds and light winds today ahead of an incoming system.
Showers are set to begin this evening and winds will become breezy
overnight, but main impact will come Thursday morning with a cold
frontal passage. The front will cross the burn area as early as 9 AM
for a slight chance of thunderstorms with its passage and significant
amounts of precipitation. Rain will turn to snow behind the front with
precipitation totals between 0.50 to 1.00 inches by Friday morning.
Instability will continue into the afternoon behind the cold front,
so looking for a slight chance of thunderstorms to continue through
the afternoon. Gusts to 45 mph possible with thunderstorms. Showers
will taper off Friday morning with drying conditions building in
again as a ridge moves over the burn site.

                    winds. Chance of precipitation near 100
                    percent. Little or no snow accumulation.
