BE PREPARED FOR WINDY AND COLD CONDITIONS TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY WITH
VERY COLD WIND CHILLS DEVELOPING. NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE
INTO THE 30 TO 40 MPH RANGE WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
THROUGH MIDDAY SUNDAY. AT THE SAME TIME TEMPERATURES WILL BE FALLING BELOW
ZERO WITH LOWS TONIGHT AROUND 10 BELOW ZERO AND REMAINING THERE DURING THE
DAY ON SUNDAY. THIS WILL CREATE WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE 30 TO 40 BELOW RANGE
TOWARD SUNRISE ON SUNDAY AND CONTINUING THROUGH MIDDAY. SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MIDNIGHT THEN TAPER OFF BY SUNRISE WITH JUST A FEW SNOW
SHOWER POSSIBLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
