.DISCUSSION...A moist onshore flow will occur today between high
pressure off the North Carolina Coast and low pressure in the
northeast Gulf of Mexico. The moisture will remain shallow and
the shower chance is very low. Humidity will be moderate with a
minimum 40 to 45 percent this afternoon. Wind will be east 5 to
10 mph this morning...and east or southeast about 10 mph this
afternoon. There will be poor dispersion tonight with fog likely.
