RAIN OUT OF THE FORECAST. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL MIX INTO THE
20S AND 30S DURING THE AFTERNOON AND RECOVER TO THE 70S TO 90S AT
NIGHT. HIGH TEMPERATURES AT OR SLIGHTLY ABOVE 100 WILL BECOME MORE
WIDESPREAD MID WEEK THROUGH NEXT WEEKEND. WINDS WILL REMAIN UNDER
15 MPH WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS ALONG THE RIO GRANDE DURING THE
DAYTIME HOURS AND WITH PASSAGE OF THE SEABREEZE ELSEWHERE.
