Dry and breezy conditions are expected today with near seasonal
temperatures. Cloud cover will move into area from the Northwest
as the day progresses. Winds will increase and change to a more
westerly flow as morning inversion breaks down. Winds will remain
gusty through the afternoon hours and should slowly decrease
overnight. Light winds and poor ventilation are possible in the
early morning hours Thursday.
