IN THE FLOW. CONFIDENCE IN TOTALS IS LOW. AFTER MIDNIGHT, SNOW SHOULD
CLEAR AND DRY CONDITIONS SHOULD REMAIN THROUGH THE REST OF THE BURN WINDOW.
