FIRE AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING UPPER LEVEL LOW OFF THE CENTRAL
CALIFORNIA COAST. WINDS WILL INCREASE OVER THE RIDGES TUESDAY
EVENING AND WEDNESDAY AS THIS LOW MOVES INLAND. TEMPERATURES WILL
TREND SLIGHTLY COOLER DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS WITH BETTER
NIGHTTIME HUMIDITY RECOVERIES.
