.DISCUSSION...High pressure will remain over the area through
Monday. A strong cold front will then sweep through the
region Tuesday into Tuesday evening.  High pressure will
settle back over the area for Wednesday, but a low pressure
system will bring rain chances back to the area by Friday.

REMARKS...Rain and fog are not expected through Monday. Slightly lower
minimum RH values are now in the forecast for this afternoon
