NORTHERN GULF COAST...AND THE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL INCREASE.
20-FOOT WINDS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 11 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. LIGHT
WINDS AND HUMID CONDITIONS MAY LEAD TO GROUND FOG FORMATION LATE
