.DISCUSSION...

INCREASING SOUTH WINDS BY MID-MORNING AHEAD OF A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH.
THE SOUTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL
DECREASE THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON/EARLY EVENING.  WINDS WILL DIMINISH
MORE TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS THE LAKE SUPERIOR AREA.

USE CAUTION WITH THE WINDS AS A STRONG LOW LEVEL INVERSION WILL INITAILLY
KEEP THE WINDS LIGHT BUT AS THE INVERSION WEAKENS WINDS MAY QUICKLY RISE
AND GUST TO 25 MPH. RH VALUES MAY ALSO BE LOWER THAN FORECAST WITH
ENOUGH MIXING.
