.DISCUSSION...
A WEAKENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES WILL BRING BROKEN TO OVERCAST MID AND HIGH CLOUDS OVER THE
BURN SITE TODAY...BUT WITH VERY DRY AIR ASSOCIATED WITH THE HIGH
PRESSURE OVER HUDSON BAY...NO RAIN IS EXPECTED. DUE TO THE CLOUD
COVER...TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY COOLER THAN WEDNESDAY AND
MINIMUM HUMIDITY SHOULD ONLY DROP TOWARD 30 PERCENT. WINDS WILL
BE FROM THE EAST 7 TO 10 MPH. GUSTS COULD BE AROUND 15 MPH...
STRONGEST FROM NOON TO 3 PM EDT. DOES APPEAR THE VENTILATION
INDEX WILL BE OVER 300. SKIES WILL REMAIN PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY
TONIGHT. EXPECT DECREASING CLOUDS FOR FRIDAY WITH AFTERNOON
TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 50S AND MINIMUM HUMIDITY SIMILAR TO
WHAT OCCURS TODAY.

GIVEN THE SIZE OF THE BURN...HYSPLIT RUN SHOWING WHAT PLUME DISPERSION
WOULD LOOK LIKE TODAY WAS GENERATED. THAT OUTPUT WAS SENT TO ICC AND IN
THAT EMAIL I WILL REQUEST IT IS FORWARDED TO YOU.
