APPROACH 10 MPH AND BECOME SOUTHERLY SHORTLY AFTER IGNITION...REACHING
15 MPH BY NOON. RELATIVELY LOW MIXING HEIGHTS AROUND 1300 FT ARE
FORECAST EARLY BEFORE THE INVERSION BURNS OFF BY LATE MORNING WHEN
HEIGHTS SHOULD BE CLOSER TO 5000 FT AROUND NOON. HUMIDITIES NEAR 90
